RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaising with sales team and clients in preparing and checking drawings and specifications to realize the best cost-effective model Preparing tender documents, contracts, and other documentation for existing and new projects Preparing and submitting progressive claims to clients within a specific time frame Handling payment collection and finalization of accounts Issuing material, job orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes Attending to site valuation and measurement of work done on-site Verifying sub-contractors monthly claims for payment Preparing and submitting weekly reports for review

REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent Preferably 1 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed Independent, dynamic and result-oriented Good communication and presentation skills Must be computer literate
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
