Job Description
Key Duties:
- Oversee building construction projects
- Perform quantity take-off for tenders
- Certify monthly progress payments
- Negotiate contract variations
- Manage project costs and budgets
- Prepare Variation Orders (V.O) and Final Accounts
- Fulfill other assigned Quantity Surveyor dutie
- Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant courses
- Commit for five and a half-day work week with daily OT
- Detail-oriented
- Able to commute to work
