PNFL provides Quantity Surveying and Project Cost Management Consultancy Services to clients ranging from Government, Semi-Government, Statutory Bodies, private and public companies, partnerships and individual Clients. PNFL has experience in a wide range of construction works including Civil Engineering, Office and Commercial development, Retail and Industrial development, Residential, Shopping and Office Complex, Hotel, Leisure development, Transport buildings, including Airport Terminal and Railway Stations, Hospital and Medical Centres, Public buildings including Museum, Mosque and Educational buildings and Institutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at PNFL located in Johor Bahru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Qualifications Strong understanding and skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting Ability to create accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Experience in Cost Planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and on-site Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Membership in professional organizations such as The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a plus
