Job Responsibilities :

Preparation of tender submission and bills of quantities.

Job Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong knowledge in cost preparation and monitoring. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Benefit Bonus Career Development Evaluation of tenders and preparation of costs estimation. Assist in assessment of contractual claims. Prepare and monitor project budget and report. Administer and coordinate site orders of materials with suppliers. Evaluate and certify suppliers claim. Assist in procurement matters.
