To understand and interpret engineering drawings and specification for quotation and to undertake the cost analysis and select the competitive option for quotation.
To communicate with various parties such as Sub-Contractor, Suppliers, and Vendors.
To compile and submit Tender Documents and to assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies for on-going project.
To maintain awareness of different building contract in current use, and to review and understand the Tender Specification & Requirement.
To evaluate costing comparison for material and labour. To review and propose Sub-Contractor Budget Allocation for approval.
Preparation of EOT & Claim for On-Going Project.
Evaluate possibility of value engineering for Tender.
To coach and lead subordinate to ensure completion of tasks in timely manner.
Attendance of site technical meeting and progress meeting.
. Any other tasks are given by HOD/ Superior.
