Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts
Assist in tender preparation and evaluation
Monitor and control project costs
Coordinate with site team, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure cost compliance with contract requirements
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Familiar with basic construction costing and measurements
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
