Conduct precise Project Quantity Take-off and create comprehensive Bill of Quantities. Collaborate effectively with the Project Team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Monitor project budget diligently and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Prepare accurate Project Progress Claims for clients. Certify progress claims from subcontractors. Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Quantity Surveyor or relevant studies). Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin speaking contractor).
