:Responsibilities

Prepare and process Letters of Award (LOA), CIDB registrations, insurance, and bank guarantees.
Handle client claims and contractor payments for routine maintenance and work orders.
Monitor and ensure adherence to claim and payment cycle timelines.
Prepare and process variation orders for contractors, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
Prepare and review management papers, such as the appointment of backup/pool contractors and contract extensions.
Prepare final accounts for clients and subcontractors for routine maintenance and work orders.
Maintain a monthly tracker for routine maintenance and work order claims and payments, submitting reports to HQ for Top Management meetings.
Advise the operations team on contract and claim-related matters.
Propose new rates (if applicable) for client submission.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in routine maintenance and work order management.
In-depth understanding of contract management and claims processes.
