? Taking off and preparation of contract and subcontract documents including Bill of Quantities, Specifications, pricing and etc for tender / quotations.

Review terms and conditions of tender / contract documents.
?
Negotiating with project related consultants and subcontractor.
?
Monitor construction cost, variation order, progress report, etc
? Conduct Site Visit.
? Support procurement strategies and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
? Collaborate with project managers and finance teams for reporting and forecasting.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirement:
?
Female only.
? Must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
? At least 4 years working experience in construction / renovation field
?
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
