Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular updates.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects and engineers.
Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of construction methods and industry regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
