In light of our continual expansion, we are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individual to be a part of our team. Contract Executive Kota Kinabalu : 1. Responsible for procurement, purchasing and price comparison from contractors, vendors and suppliers from interior design renovation, properties maintenance and repair works; 2. Responsible for preparation of estimated, bill of quantities and variation orders; 3. Attend site meeting and coordination with various parties concerned; 4. Preparation of tender and contract documents for new projects; 5. Responsible for quantity take-off and break-down; 6. Preparation and processing progress payment, ensuring accurate quantities claimed by contractors and vendors; 7. Assist in the overall administration matters of various contracts and subcontractors work; 8. Source for supplier and specialist sub-contractors; 9. Familiar with interior fit-out but not a necessity; 10. Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 11. Any other scope of works which is related to contract administration and management but not specified above. Qualification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quantity Survey and related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Bill of Quantities preparation.
