Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Manage Quantity Surveyor responsibilities including valuation measurement and quantity take-offs. Oversee project cost estimation and specification review. Monitor and control expenses to maintain financial oversight. Analyze outcomes and create detailed progress reports. Provide support to site personnel with documentation. Proficient in MS Excel MS Office MS Project and Auto CAD. Coordinate contractual matters related to projects progress claims and sub-contractor and supplier certifications. Willingness and ability to travel to various sites and offices. , A Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Management or a related field is required. Minimum of three (3 years of experience in tender projects estimating general construction financial experience working in construction or a similar industry. Fluency in Mandarin and English is necessary. Strong analytical critical thinking and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent negotiating organizing planning and strategizing abilities are required. Thorough understanding of construction materials pricing and the industry is imperative.
