• Quantity take off based on client requirements and drawings.
• Prepare BOQ and tender documents.
• Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings/specifications and make necessary logical suggestions.
• Source for subcon for quotations.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
• Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers.
• Coordination with the design team in analysing architectural and service drawings.
• Buy off completed work by subcon and handle claims and variations.
• Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve cost savings.

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• At least 3 years experience as QS from main con background.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations in Malaysia.
• Basic CAD drawing amendments.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and management.
• Able to travel to Melaka at least twice a month.
• Experience in SG is a plus.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Fluency in English.
