Job Position : Quantity Surveyor
Contract Period : Until Project completion
Location : Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Division

Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor's certificate for

Saudi (international) project

building works. Participate in tendering for new projects, including preparation of tender documents (BQ, cost estimation) and evaluation of tenders. Implement cost control procedures. Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations. Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts. Assist the Assistant Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders. Review and analyse cost studies and budget. Evaluate tenders from contractors/sub-contractors. Appointment of contractors/sub-contractors and prepare letter of award. Ad-hoc assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT:

Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or any related construction discipline Familiar with JKR Project Minimum 3 years of experience in a contract management or quantity surveying role within the construction industry Proficient in interpreting and applying construction contract and subcontracts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
