Urgent Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team immediately.

Location: Q Sentral, KL

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Salary: RM3,100 - RM3,800

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, LOA, and tender documents.

Maintain control of project drawings and records.

Close final account with clients and trade contractors

Manage budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project.

Evaluate tenders, variations, and contractual claims.

Certify progress payments and administer contracts.

Prepare final accounts and ensure value for money.

Provide cost and contractual advice to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

1 to 2 years experience in Quantity Surveying .

Good communication and analytical skills.

Good knowledge in CAD,BIM, Ms Project ,Ms word ,Ms Excel, Ms Word,
