Job Description

Contract & Quantity Surveying

Provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for assigned projects. Advise on appropriate contract procedures and procurement strategies. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents for both main and subcontract works. Evaluate and analyze tenders to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements. Finalize and agree on contract claims, payments, and final accounts with contractors and subcontractors.

Cost Management & Control

Monitor and control project budgets to ensure expenditures align with approved costs. Assist in cost estimation and cost planning for new and ongoing projects. Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support decision-making. Establish and maintain a database for costs, materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Source, obtain quotations, and perform pricing negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate supplier proposals to ensure quality, value, and compliance. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.

Administrative & Other Duties

Maintain accurate records of contracts, tender submissions, and cost data. Support project teams with contractual and cost-related matters. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
