Quantity Surveyor

:

To attend site briefing tender the project Taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender. Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurement Prepare tender submissions, including Bill of Quantity Prepare for final submission and follow up with tender questionnaire reply and interview Negotiate and issue PO to selected vendor for projects Monitoring cost budget and cost control to project budget Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements the client are delivered
Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification 1 - 3 years relevant experience in the interior design and build industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment. Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
