Scope of Work:
Assist in the Tender Bid Process
Support the Project Manager in Post-Contract activities
Prepare project claims and invoices to the Client
Evaluate, verify, and prepare payment requests for sub-contractors and vendors
Track and monitor the project budget and cost control
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management
Familiar with Government Tender Processes (Conventional, Design & Build, Pre-Q)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
