Job Responsibilities:
Involved in the full tendering process--from quotation enquiries to submission and interview stages.
Prepared cost projections and estimates for all required project materials.
Assisted in preparing interim progress claims for clients and issuing payment certificates to subcontractors.
Conducted on-site valuations, measurements, and inspections to verify work progress.
Gathered and consolidated subcontractor quotations for contract documentation.
Participated in site progress meetings and provided updates when required.
Coordinated with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve project-related matters.
Prepared reports and project documentation requested by management.
Executed tasks and instructions assigned by superiors in a timely and accurate manner.
Supported overall project operations while maintaining the company's professional image.
Adhered to company policies and safeguarded company interests and property.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.
At least 3-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
