- Prepare and submit tender
- Attend site valuation and measurement
- To liaise with client, main contractor, sub contractor, consultant, architect, consultant, supplier and other parties involve in the projects.
- Controlling & monitoring pricing and costing
- Involve in purchasing which included source for new supplier or sub contractor.
- Prepare monthly progress claim and verify sub contractor's claim
- Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.
