1. Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions. 2. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts. 3. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress. 4. Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters. 5. Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what\'s best for the company. 6. Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself. 7. Raise the billing of Quantity document based on the material and labor required for each prospective project budgeted costing. 8. Prepare quotations to customers upon making a detailed study of each project\'s costs and targeted margin. 9. Allocate costs to the project based on the quotation derived from the suppliers concerned. 10. Prepare tenders related documents and material for the client. 11. Liaise with account for progress claim billing from time to time. To verify sub-contractor claim based on work done and carry out site measurement. 12. Negotiate terms with terms of payment with clients & subcontractors to made to company cash flow or financial. 13. Liaise with client consultant, supplier and sub-contractor for issues involving contract, progress claim and payment. 14. Monitor and select the right supplier able to meet the quality and cost of the project. 15. Liaise with the project team on the extent of completion of each project during the progress of it and obtain the figures of any additions and omissions to derive the revised total contract revenue on the project eventually. 16. Adhere to all company\xe2\x80\x99s ISO Policies and Procedures on contact department. 17. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include the original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules. 18. Set budgets for payments, inventory needs materials to analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
