Job Description
- To analyse and prepare project cost control and project cash flow forecast. - To prepare all clients\xe2\x80\x99 progress claims up to the final claim certification. - To follow up with the client closely to get the payment certificate. - To prepare and certify subcontractor claims. - To monitor and evaluate all variation orders, contractual claims, and settlement of Final Account. - Ensure overall construction costs and variation orders are controlled within the budget. - Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.
