Job Summary
You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Estimate and manage project costs, preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Assist in procurement processes, evaluating tenders, and negotiating contracts.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance and handling variations and payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
- Assess and mitigate financial and contractual risks associated with projects.
- Evaluate and reconcile final project costs, settling accounts.
- Provide regular cost reports and financial analysis to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards in the industry.
