- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity surveyor
- At least two (2) year working experience as Quantity Surveyor in related field
- Excellent time management to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Required skill : Microsoft Office
- Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate
- have own transportation
- To prepare tenders document, quotation and contract
- To review interior details drawing / construction drawing and specifications
- Responsible to verify, cost-control from supplies, sub contractors and workers
- Responsible to prepare project budget, progress claims and final accounts
- Medical claim
- Travel allowance (parking & toll)
- EPF/SOCSO
