Proceil Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking a talented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Quantity Surveyor, this role will be an integral part of our construction projects, leveraging your skills and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

• 1-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying or graduated in Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using construction cost management software and tools

ResponsibilitiesWhat you\'ll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and claims for construction projects
• Conducting site measurements and As-built drawing to track project progress and identify any variations
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
• Preparing and analysing cost reports to identify potential savings and efficiencies
• Collaborating with site team, and other stakeholders to provide cost advice and support for claim preparation and submission.
