Location: Kedah Rubber City

:

Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications. Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs according to design changes and site conditions. Prepare tender documents, quotations, progress claims, and final account submissions. Review subcontractor quotations, verify quantities, and participate in price negotiations. Monitor and analyze project cost performance, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. Assist Project Manager in procurement, cost control, and financial planning. Handle project final accounts and support financial reconciliation. Ensure all cost and contractual documents are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Job Qualification:

Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Civil Engineering. Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects. Familiar with Malaysian construction cost standards and local market rates. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software (CostX / Glodon preferred). Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Local candidates from Kedah are encouraged to apply.
