Job Responsibilities:

Assist subcontractors to prepare relevant supporting documents for claims
Prepare payment certificates to subcontractors.
Assist in preparing relevant supporting documents for Milestone Achievement Claim to Malaysia Rail Link (MRL).
Responsible for the subcontractors survey and assist subcontractors to register on the CCC (ECRL) Subcontractors and Consultant Management System.
Responsible for collecting, sorting, classifying, numbering and archiving documents in accordance with difference categories.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification.
At least one year of work experience as a quantity surveyor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Good at communicating with other people.
High responsibility and good team work spirit.
Willing to work in the state of Terengganu.
