Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field (preferably in the telecommunication industry)
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of construction methods, contracts ad legal regulation
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in QS for telecom or utility projects. Fresh graduate may be consider for junior roles
Willingness to travel to sites as required
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets and other relevant documents for telecom infrastructure projects
Evaluate project feasibilities and perform cost-benefits analysis
Prepare tender documents and assist in procurement claims
Liaise with project managers, engineers, vendors and clients
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
