1. Prepare projects monthly progress claim and compilation of documents for projects monthly progress report submission.
2. To tidy up documents and filing for projects and sales.
3. To liaise with project team for site progress reports.
4. To prepare correspondence letters for project submission.
5. To prepare documents for progress meeting and tender documents.
6. To prepare samples and documents for project approval.
7. To liaise with supplier for project costing.
8. To prepare project schedule.
9. To liaise with sales team and engineers to gather information on product and structural requirements and designs for quantity take off, prepare sales and project quotation.
