Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and related documents for telecommunications infrastructure projects Assess project feasibility and conduct cost-benefit analyses Prepare tender documents and support procurement and claims processes Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (preferably with telecommunications exposure) Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Good understanding of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations 1-3 years of QS experience in telecom or utility projects (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions) Willing to travel to project sites when required Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage to support client and vendor communications
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
