*Prepare costs estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
*Manage and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
*Assist in tendering processes, contract administration and procurement.
*Monitor material usage and handle claims and variation.
*Conduct on-site measurements and progress evaluations.
*Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients.
