Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- To do subcontractor payment certificate. - Checking material specification order and delivery date. - To do payment claims as instructed by the supervisor. - Preparation and submission of tender and contract documents. - Progress valuation, payment certificate and variation order. - To do contract administration and procurement work. Key Responsibilities: - Tendering - Procurement - Planning - Budgeting - Cost Control & Monitoring Job Specification: - Team player with Positive Thinking. - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. - At least 1 - 2 years working experience in construction, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Initiative, hardworking and able to work in a team. - Good command of MS Excel, word etc. - Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
