Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 In charge of preparation of BQ, tender and awarding contract.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible on cost estimation, pre-contract and post contract coordination.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for preparing progress claims.
\xe2\x80\x93 Schedule and monitor cost control of each project.
\xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and other parties.
Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
\xe2\x80\x93 At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess strong negotiation skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
\xe2\x80\x93 Able to communicate and write in Chinese, English and Malay.
\xe2\x80\x93 Computer Literate.
