: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing tender and contract documents, including site visit, taking of bills of quanities, variation orders, cost estimation \xe2\x80\xa2 Assit in preparing enquiries for material, labour and plant quotations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assit in the compilation of tender document, flex budget report or deparment report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Claims submissions, interim payments applications, certifying payment \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor subcontractors, construction progress and materials need. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance to contractual items. Job requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. 2. Required skill(s): Measurement, Construction Drawing Reading Skill, MS Office, AutoCad. 3. Being able to proficient in claims. 4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (optional) 5. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the construction field.
