EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 years relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITY : \xef\x83\x98 To assist/assess tendering process and contract management.
\xef\x83\x98 To monitor overall progress of work carried out by contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawings, specifications and project\xe2\x80\x99s time schedule.
\xef\x83\x98 To assist in site assessment on contractors\xe2\x80\x99/suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 claims and attend site meetings as and when required.
\xef\x83\x98 Taking off quantity, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and cost estimation.
\xef\x83\x98 To assist in handling and preparing progress claim, progress payment, variation order and final account for contractors and suppliers.
\xef\x83\x98 To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.
\xef\x83\x98 Any duties as assigned from time to time.
SKILL/ABILITY : \xef\x83\x98 Familiar with tendering process and contract management;
\xef\x83\x98 Possess initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels;
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to work independently;
\xef\x83\x98 Good command of English
AUTHORITY : Defend and reject of any unwarranted claims brought about by sub-contractors and dispute resolution

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Experience in high-rise building construction project
