$ 2,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible of project cost control for all projects
- Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) for all projects and ensure minimal material wastage.
- Responsible of material procurement for all projects.
- Prepare project material substitution, progress claim and Variation Order (VO)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related.
- With 1 year working experience in related field.
- Team player, work independently and able to work under pressure.
- Preferably Chinese candidate or able to communicate in Mandarin.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: RM2000-RM2500
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 1 year of experience
