To assist the Construction Director on project budgetary setting.
To propose tendering packages and procurement including sourcing of contractors and suppliers.
To manage (To coordinate with external QS consultant) on tender documentation preparation including BOQ and tender/quotation invitation.
To involve in tender/quotation evaluation, negotiation and preparing of contract awarding to contractors and suppliers.
To coordinate with site team and external QS consultant on progressive claim evaluation.
To track orders to ensure timely delivery and keep track of materials inventories.
To attend project meetings and inspections.
To assist the Project Director on costs and contract matters including VO, EOT and LAD.
To assist the Project Director on budget monitoring and project final account.
Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as contract/quantity surveyor in property development industry or QS Consultant Firm.
Knowledge in PAM Form contract and construction correspondence drafting.
Works well self-initiative, resourceful and multi-tasking.
Highly discipline and good working ethics.
Willing to travel.
