Quantity Surveyor (kuching)

Job Description
- Minimum diploma qualification or similar working experience
- Good at Microsoft, especially Excel.
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
- Understanding of pre-/post-contract
- Tender document/ costing preparation & submission
- Acquire quotations from suppliers/subcontractors/ and assessment of quotation, negotiate and award of sub-contractor & suppliers, prepare & monitor material delivery schedule & wastage control.
- Managing, monitoring and coordinating all QS works (take off for BQ preparations & price analysis, tender document preparation & submission)
- Familiar with local supplier/ contractor (materials purchase/ contractor)
- Salary Range: RM 2500- RM 3000
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Medical & Annual Leave
