Job Description
Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets & BOQs for Solar and EPCC/M&E works Handle progress claims, variation orders & final accounts Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle Liaise closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors & suppliers Support contract administration and commercial documentation Requirements: Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent Good communication skills, Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage Min 03years relevant experience in QS, preferably with Solar - EPCC or M&E background Strong cost control and coordination with minimum supervision Location: Melaka
