Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Job Location: Aktif Unggul Sdn Bhd (Onsite Office) - Ayer Hitam, Johor Job Summary: The Quantity Surveyor is responsible to assist Project Manager for matters of commercial and quantity surveying activities relating to the project. Job Responsibility: Assist Contract/Project Manager to initiate the overall project budget and perform overall project cost control. Manage contract administration and sub-contract procurement. Facilitate purchasing process. Prepare monthly reports related to the contracts for presentation. Involve in the preparation of proposal related to variations and/or claims for presentation. Manage and organize the project contract related documents. Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre-tender and post contract matters. Preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and/or sub-contractors. Assist Contract/Project Manager for Post contract liaison with clients. Assist Contract/Project Manager for Post contract liaison with design teams. Carry out take-offs for material procurement. Assist Contract/Project Manager for preparation and submission of works of final account. Assist Contract/Project Manager in matters of Agreement of final account. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Preferably candidate with 2 years or working experience in related field. Exposure in using QAD System will be an added advantage. Strong team player, self-motivated and driven and willing to learn.
