We are seeking a skilled & reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our growing organization. Given the demands of the construction world and its frequent challenges, you should demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment.
Job Requirement:
- Strong estimating and financial analysis skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar in ERP software \'\'Enterprise Resource Planning\'\'
- Recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
- Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
- Feasibility studies of client requests Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
- Liase with contractors and builders to provide cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
- Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
- Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
- Deadlines may require working additional hours.
