POSITION:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MALAYSIAN ONLY)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Able to start work with short notice period

Male/Female candidate (preferred Female)

Possess own vehicle with valid license

Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment, and discipline

Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision

JOB SCOPE:

Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor

Prepared cost-effective plan and detailed work schedule for completion of project.

Attend kick off meetings/weekly meetings/management meetings if necessary

Prepare monthly report progress claim and sub-contractor' payment certificate.

Taking off quantities and valuation order evaluation.

Liaise with consultants, domestic sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractor and client

Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim.

Prepared pricing for tender preparation, documentation & tender estimation.

Prepared proposed and material approval

Handle after sales defects rectifications.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 Years

SALARY:

RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00

BENEFIT:

Transportation Allowance, medical allowance provided, KWSP, SOCSO and yearly bonus.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday - Friday = 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday = 8.30am to 12.30pm
