Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum experience 1-2 years in the field.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Required languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, English.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Taking-off & costing for Pre-Tender.
Assist Project Manager in handling Post-Contract phase and additional works (VO).
Project budgeting and costing report.
Prepare and submit variation claims (progress claims, subcontractor claims).
Other related Quantity Surveying tasks
Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Measuring and quantifying construction materials and labour requirements
Negotiating and administering subcontractor and supplier contracts
Monitoring project costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings
Providing technical advice and support to project teams
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
