Job Description
- 3years of working experience in QS, preferably with property developer, construction or consultancy exposure
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- To take off quantities and preparation of tender submission
- Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award
- Prepare comparison of quotations and report to Contract Manager accordingly
- Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor
- Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing
- Assist project manager in regards of contract issues
- Liaise closely with purchaser
- Any other related tasks assigned from superior from time to time
