Job Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field Must have own transport and willing to attend site visits Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office & AutoCAD Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports Experienced in preparing and managing strict budgets, with strong estimating and financial analysis skills Good understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry practices Preferable experience in handling similar job tasks Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing systems (both physical & digital) for ongoing projects Assist in the arrangement and documentation of tenders, including liaising with consultants for tender and construction plans Prepare contract documents, quotations, cost comparisons, and reports Support in cost estimation, progress claims, and variation order (VO) preparation Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, plans, and specifications Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on contract-related matters Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and deliverables Assist in identifying discrepancies between tender drawings and construction drawings that may affect quantities and costs Perform any other related duties as assigned by the superior
