Taking off / Measurement and prepare bill of quantities
Prepare pre-qualification documents / report
Prepare tender documents and contract documents
Assist in calling and follow up for tender/quotation
Interim valuation of works in progress and recommendation for an interim payment.
Joint site measurement with subcons
Variation evaluation
Prepare / Check construction material ordering quantity
Monitoring all material on site, measure the actual quantity needed for project
Requirements
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience / Quantity surveying in a property development
preferably
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
