Job Description

Quantity surveyors have under their helm complete management of the cost involved in building and construction projects from the inception of the project until the delivery. They strive for an efficient use of the resources whilst keeping an eye on quality, quality standards, and client\'s requirements. Responsibility : - Reviewing construction plan and preparing quantity requirement - Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals - Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirement - Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractor - Preparing report, analysis, contracts, budget, risk assessment and other document. - Advising manager and clients on improvements and new strategies - Keep track of materials and ordering more when required. - Documenting any changes in design and updating budget - Kongsi Kong salary calculation and calculation - Knowledge to use Microsoft Excel and Auto count ( will give training ) - Travelling from the office to various site as required. Requirement : - Bachelor or equivalent - 5 years working experience - Construction estimating - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Strong knowledge of construction - Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills - Ability to organize, plan and strategist - A valid driving license - Great networking abilities
