Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Required skill(s): Measurement, Construction Drawing Reading Skill, MS Office, AutoCad
- at least 3 to 5 years experience as QS in construction field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Able to work within tight deadline.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Possess own car & willing to travel. Role & Responsibilities
- To be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
- Provide assistance to the team during sourcing, selecting, negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.
- Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.
- Checking and reviewing subcons claim.
- Measuring quantities/taking off.
- Preparing variation orders (VO).
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
