Job Details
Responsibilities: 
 
* To do post-contract & pre contract activities. 
* Prepare and monitor of project budgets and cash flow. 
* Involving in calling, checking tender documents, closing & evaluation of tenders 
 including attending tender interviews, the recommendation for award and other 
 related matters. 
* Attending site meetings and progress claim valuation. 
* Cost negotiation with suppliers/clients / consultants. 
* Compile, evaluate and update cost analysis & cost plan. 
* Formatting and preparing of progress claims. 
* To prepare Bills of Quantities, taking-off quantity, prepare a letter of Award and 
 valuation of variation orders. 
* Responsible to prepare post-project budget, progress claims and final accounts. 
* To ensure documentations are in line with SOP. 
* Other related tasks as directed by superiors. 
 
Requirements: 
 
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, * Bachelor\'s Degree, Post
