Why Join us: Friendly environment Gratuity at the end of project Good increment for good performance What are we looking for: Proactive staff Can work independently Hardworking Friendly You will play an important role in the construction of a new pharmaceutical facility in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru and involved in Key Responsibilities: Vendor prequalification Preparation of bid packages Pre-bid post-bid meetings and coordination Analysis and recommendation of biddings Dissemination of drawings, specifications, etc. to all relevant parties Compilation of contracts Verification of work done for COP, invoices, etc. (evaluation and certification). Preparation of COP Variation orders, CMFI recommendation to client Involved in insurance claims, delays, penalties, liquidated damages Involved in Final Statement of Accounts Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying At least 5 years of relevant working experience Independent yet can work well in a team Proactive and excellent in problems solving Must be able to work full time at the site office at SILC, Nusajaya from Monday to Saturday
